Cone-height limits are derived references; flatness and parallelism require numeric values in an approved drawing or agreement. The English default offer is 51CrV4, phosphate-and-oil and cold preset. Every quotation must lock the complete ERP variant code.
FAQ
Is “D31.5” sufficient for a quotation?
No. Di, t or t′, l₀, h₀, material, finish, quantity and operating conditions are required. The database contains multiple complete geometries with De 31.5 mm.
Are both 3871 N and 5036 N acceptance loads?
No. 3871 N is the nominal test load at 75% h₀ with separate -7.5%/+15% limits. 5036 N is the calculated/manufacturer flat-position point at 100% h₀, not an independent delivery acceptance limit.
Can the spring operate continuously at 100% h₀?
The Polysplendid default recommendation is 20%–75% h₀. A 100% h₀ condition requires project-specific stress, life, friction, guidance, tolerance, FEM and experimental review.
Does this dossier include Polysplendid FEM or experiment evidence?
Not yet. No approved formal Polysplendid FEM or experiment record is bound to this complete geometry, so the dossier leaves them empty and does not reuse development fixtures.
